Nice downtown hotel.

Room was nice. The service was fine. We had an issue with noise in the first room that we had but the hotel quickly moved us to a quieter room. The food at Garrison was very good. Unfortunately we were there doing a UT game so it was very crowded and getting in and out took time because of the traffic.

The staff were all so helpful with anything our group needed. They were professional, kind, and got the job done. They helped us find a place to have a quick meeting. I lost something and two different people went to look for it. Being on the concierge floor meant we had access to wonderful staff and delicious food. I’d like to thank Anna, Dine, Benjamin, Jesse, and Jack from the 34th floor. They really took care of our group. Highly recommend.

Amazing Girls Weekend on Fairmont Gold

Stayed at the Fairmont Austin for a girls getaway weekend/college reunion. Absolutely wonderful stay. Entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Stay on the Gold floor. Totally worth it

Upon entering the hotel lobby and checking in, Yusuf greeted me with a wonderful smile. He was very helpful in explaining all the amenities the hotel has to offer and making sure my stay would be nothing but pleasant. Wonderful hotel, and always my home away from home when I’m in Austin.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a lunch meeting at Fulton in the Fairmont. The meal and service were both fantastic. Our server Jordan and reservations specialist Sarah Vos made the experience and I strongly encourage this location for a business lunch. The convenient location and the way we were treated were perfect for the occassion.
